Derosa Beauty wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer store credit or exchanges for all returns, following the below criteria.
+ Must be 90 days or less from original date of shipment
+ Products purchased from derosabeauty.com must be unused and in original condition
To request a return or exchange, simply email customercare@derosabeauty.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. Make sure you indicate which item(s) you would like to return/exchange. After that, a sales associate will contact you with information on returning/exchanging your product. Please note that we offer store credit & exchanges, not cash refunds.
NOTE: Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. Otherwise, you cannot reject the package upon delivery. You must pay for, (if any payment is due), and accept the package before contacting Derosa Beauty for a refund.
+ If you’re sending back a product, we do not cover any shipping costs.
+ If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase after 90 days, get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to find you a solution!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
